5-Minute Jalapeno Lime Dip

Having a big party means taking advantage of as many quick, make ahead recipes as possible.  This one literally takes less than 5 minutes and can be made and covered in your fridge up to 2 days in advance.  Only a few ingredients needed!

You will need the following ingredients:

Step 1:  Combine

Step 2:  Let sit for at least 15 minutes before serving to let the flavors combine.

…and that’s it.

If you want to make this recipe ahead of time, you can cover it in your fridge with plastic wrap for up to two days.  Before serving, check to see if you need any additional salt, pepper, or lime juice.  Garnish with chopped scallions.


  • 3/4 cup Mayo
  • 3/4 cup of Sour Cream
  • Juice from 1 lime
  • Salt/Pepper
  • 1/4 cup of chopped, pickled jalapenos
  • 2 scallions, chopped thin
